Refund policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please do not hesitate to contact us.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us and include your order information (order number, name, date of purchase) along with a brief description or reason for your return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
• Sale items
• Gift cards
Exchanges
Exchanges are offered for Sortafast-branded products and merchandise within 30 days of purchase to correct any manufacturing error, defect, or damage.
• We will replace defective items with the same item.
• Please contact us to discuss the exchange or replacement process.
• For non-Sortafast products, we will assist where possible, but you may need to contact the manufacturer directly for replacement.
• To exchange an item for a different product, please return the original item and repurchase the desired replacement.
• Buyer is responsible for shipping costs on exchanges that are not related to defects, damage, or shipping errors.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund was approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it can take time for your bank or credit-card provider to process and post the refund, depending on their policies.
